Love2shop e-Gift Cards make sure healthcare heroes are recognised

A healthcare provider customer was unable to distribute paper Love2shop Gift Cards to their staff as rewards for their efforts during the 2020/21 pandemic.
While their staff were working incredibly hard in trying circumstances, our customer’s healthcare heroes were at risk of going without adequate recognition for their dedication.
Solution:
After a conversation with their Love2shop Business account manager, the customer decided to offer their staff Love2shop e-Gift Cards a replacement for their traditional Love2shop Gift Cards.
Love2shop Business helped the customer manage the switch, with an account manager available to provide help and advice during the transition.
Outcome:
The customer was thrilled with the switch to Love2shop e-Gift Cards. Not just because it allowed them to continue recognising and rewarding their exceptional staff during a stressful period, but they were delighted by the e-gift cards themselves.
