Significant numbers of employers have still not acted to change their workplace culture. By not investing in reward and recognition strategies they are missing the opportunity to increase performance, reduce costs and fuel growth and allowing their rivals to gain an advantage.
According to the Love2shop Employee Value Report 2023, 80% of undervalued workers are actively looking for a new job. As the cost of living continues to rise, the impact of meaningful rewards and incentives is greater than ever.
